¡Cumpleaños Feliz, Infanta Sofía!

Sofía de Todos los Santos de Borbón y Ortiz was born on 29 April 2007 in Madrid.
As the second child of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, she has an older sister, Leonor, Princess of Asturias, whom she follows in the line of succession to the Spanish throne.

This Wednesday, Infanta Sofía turns 13 and enters fully into adolescence in difficult times for Spain and the rest of the world. A very atypical birthday that surely the youngest of Don Felipe and Doña Letizia will remember forever.
Confined in the Zarzuela Palace with her parents and sister, she has not been seen in a public event since February 3 during the solemn opening of the XIV Legislature.
However, last week she reappeared, aside the Princess of Asturias, in a virtual way, while reading Don Quixote and addressing to young people, thus, after other miniroyals, making public gestures of support for the workers helping fighting the pandemic.
